We’re currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

• Source, screen, and assess potential candidates using a variety of software applications
• Work with clients and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that solve their unique hiring challenges
• Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle; from first screen to offer close
• “Hunt” for new business opportunities, and generate new prospective leads
• Build and develop relationships with prospects, current clients, key accounts, TA partners, team-members, and other key stakeholders to further the mission and goal of the company

• 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role
• BA/BS degree or equivalent

• Be intellectually curious about our market and industry. Looking to always learn and bring creative solutions to problems.
• Be highly coachable
  . Can take direction, wants to improve and willing to take feedback.
• Possess grit and determination
  . Won’t stop at the first “no” and will be persistent in their mission to do what’s best for clients and candidates.

• Competitive Base Salary (w/ merit-based increases)

Base Salary offered will be commiserate with experience. Targeted OTE (On-Target Earnings) is 85k-120k.
