The Recruiter is responsible for maintaining the staffing levels at their assigned Mountain Park Health Center facility. This position provides full-cycle talent acquisition for assigned positions at their facility, coordinates the efforts and information with third parties assigned to support the staffing operation, provides guidance and development to the Human Resource Business Partner team and facility leadership in matters related to talent acquisition, and enters employment data into the organization’s HRIS for employees assigned to their facility.
EssentialFunctions
- Performs full-cycle talent acquisition duties for positions at assigned facility including creating staffing strategies, sourcing candidates, screening qualified applicants, performing interviews, coordinating hiring manager interviews, making employment recommendations, extending offers, and developing comprehensive strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Manages a high volume of requisitions at all levels of the organization including entering information into the Mountain Park Health Center HRIS and ATS system.
- Uses sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Drives the hiring process; actively engages with managers, provides ongoing status of requisitions, compiles reports, maintains logs and records as needed, advises, and influences managers throughout the hiring process, and closes requisition in a timely manner.
- Serves as the expert and resource regarding staffing needs, collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, mentor and develop hiring managers newer to the interviewing process, serving as a resource for interviewing best practices.
- Liaises with third-party contractors who support the talent acquisition function.
- Attends and supports local hiring, career events, related conferences, and establishes/maintains relationships with community partners.
- Travel to multiple locations during shift.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Associate’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Talent acquisition experience that includes any combination of full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, agency recruiting, coordination, or HR experience in recruiting.
