Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant

Full Time/Permanent Role – 3 days in office

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Basic: $52,000 - $65,000 + commission (commission plan goes up to 30% with no thresholds/draws)

Full benefits: 401k, generous PTO, health, dental and vision plans, pension etc.

As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will work as a full‑desk (360) recruiter working with both clients and candidates. You will have to reach goals set by your Team Manager and compete alongside other co‑workers to meet or beat the targeted goals. No day is typical. You will network with candidates and various hiring managers from companies to negotiate a candidate contract or generate business.

To achieve this, you will spend your day making calls, sending emails, and going out in the field to meet with clients.

As you will know, a big part of the role is continued cold‑calling clients to win new business for Harnham, so we will be discussing your experience in this space from your current role.

We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who has worked in staffing where they have been involved in both the business development and the candidate sourcing. If you've run a desk where you've had to win your own clients and find them the best candidates – we would love to chat!
