Entry Level Recruiter / Candidate Resourcer

Onsite in Phoenix (Office Located Near the Biltmore Area)

Start Dates:
We do one intake a month and have just opened slots up for you to start between February and July 2026.

Base salary + strong uncapped commission incentives + bonuses + benefits

OTE $55,000 – $65,000 year one

As a Candidate Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our recruiters by identifying, engaging, and qualifying the best talent in the Data & AI space.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting research to find candidates for live vacancies using job boards, Linked In, and internal databases
• Screening and qualifying candidates through phone calls and video interviews
• Building relationships with top talent across analytics, data science, and data engineering
• Writing compelling job adverts to attract candidates
• Supporting recruiters in coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience end-to-end
• Working toward individual and team targets — success in this role will be measured by your placements and pipeline strength

This is a great entry point into recruitment for someone who enjoys communication, organisation, and teamwork, with clear progression routes into 360 recruitment or account management as you develop.
