Senior Recruiter- Scottsdale, AZ

Vaco is partnering with a top client based in Scottsdale, AZ, to find a Senior Recruiter on a temporary basis to join their team. This recruiter will source and screen candidates in the Accounting, Finance, and technology fields. This is a contract position expected to last six months with the potential to go permanent, offering a hybrid work schedule. This role is paying up to $40 per hour and interviewing immediately!

• Source candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and start dates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation is up to $40 per hour with potential bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
