Position: Workers Compensation Specialist - Fully onsite, North Scottsdale!

Vaco is partnering with a growing company in North Scottsdale client to hire a fully on site Workers Compensation Specialist!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all workers’ compensation claims from start to finish. You will act as the main contact between employees, managers, insurance companies, and medical providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all workers’ compensation claims from the first report to final closure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
  • Work with insurance companies, medical providers, and legal teams to move claims forward and resolve issues.
  • Track claims to make sure reports, medical care, and closures happen on time, keeping regular communication with everyone involved.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records, documents, and communication for each claim in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Manage the Return-to-Work Program, helping employees return safely and smoothly after workers’ compensation or related leave.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing workers’ compensation claims (multi‑state preferred).

Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related HR leave administration.
