Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Coordinates human resources activities including but not limited to employment and employee relations.

• Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and/or conduct employee‑relations activities and programs including counseling, policy interpretation, new employee orientation, and recognition programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and communicate findings to management.
• Respond to inquiries regarding organizational processes, policies, and programs.
• Conduct ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support.
• Coordinate communication of projects including employee policy handbook, 401(k) open enrollment, and recognition.
• Identify potential employee‑relations issues and make recommendations to management.
• Conduct investigations into claims of harassment or other violations.
• Coordinate administration of workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
• Assist in administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, two to four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and as part of teams and committees.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to deal effectively with people at all organizational levels.
• Good judgment and sound decision‑making.
