Serve Boldly. Recruit Purposefully.

At Endeavor HCBS, we believe in dignity, opportunity, and wholehearted service. Our mission is simple: empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, supported lives. To fulfill that mission, we must have a strong, steady pipeline of compassionate and committed Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter who will develop and own the recruitment strategy for the entire HCBS division. This is not a clerical role. It is a professional operations role responsible for building, strengthening, and maintaining the hiring engine that allows Endeavor to grow, serve more families, and support our community with excellence.

If you're a high-energy problem-solver with a passion for people, organization, and community impact-this is the role where you can make a real difference.

What You Will Lead (Key Responsibilities) 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment for All 3 HCBS Offices

You will oversee recruitment from first touch to hire, including:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management
  • Same-day outreach to new applicants and rapid response to inquiries
  • Motivating candidates to attend in-person interviews in Mesa, Phoenix, or Prescott
  • Scheduling interviews on behalf of the recruiting pipeline using Google Calendar
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant digital records for audits and internal reviews
  • Completing 5-Day and 90-Day New Hire Surveys and reporting trends
2. Build & Maintain Our Community Presence

You will be the face of Endeavor at:

  • Job fairs and hiring events (coordinating and attending for all 3 offices)
  • Community partner events, career centers, schools, and outreach activities
  • Engagement events that elevate the Endeavor HCBS brand
3. Strategic Advertising & Recruitment Marketing
  • Create and manage job ads across Indeed, ISOlved, social media, and local networks
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
  • Assist in the creation of recruiting content, images, and outreach collateral
4. Office Preparedness & Marketing Stock Management
  • Order, track, and restock all recruitment materials and office brochures
  • Ensure all three offices stay fully stocked with walk-in applicant packets
  • Maintain a clean, professional applicant experience in each location
5. Compliance & Confidentiality
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant hiring processes
  • Uphold confidentiality standards for applicant and member information
  • Must hold and maintain an active Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
6. Operational Accountability
  • Provide weekly recruitment reports to leadership
  • Maintain a CRM/ATS with detailed and accurate documentation
  • Identify recruitment gaps and propose strategic solutions
  • Support the Phoenix and Prescott offices with on-site recruitment days
What Makes You a Great Fit

Required:
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, staffing, home care, HCBS, or healthcare
  • Professionalism and ability to self-manage workload
  • Strong communication skills (in-person, email, phone, text)
  • Tech proficiency (Google Suite, Microsoft, ATS/CRM systems)
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy
  • Comfortable speaking with families, DSPs, and applicants professionally
  • Ability to travel to and work from offices in Mesa, Phoenix, Prescott and other areas as needed.
Strongly Preferred:
  • Experience in HCBS, DDD, caregiving, social services, or disability services
  • Experience representing an employer at job fairs and outreach events
  • Recruitment marketing or social media advertising experience
Why This Role Matters

HCBS cannot grow, take on new members, or serve more families without a strong recruiter. You will directly impact:

  • The availability of care for families
  • The strength and stability of our DSP workforce
  • The growth and reputation of the HCBS division
  • The experience of applicants entering the Endeavor family

You are a key part of our mission to serve boldly and ensure every family receives the support they deserve.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary with annual growth bonuses tied to clear metrics
  • A leadership team that values your voice, ideas, and impact
  • Mission-driven work that transforms lives and communities
  • Stability, culture, and the chance to establish recruiting for a growing company
