Proactively source passive candidates
Conduct cold outreach and build long-term talent pools
Screening & InterviewingReview resumes to assess fit
Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with summaries
Schedule interviews and coordinate with teams
Hiring Manager CollaborationGather job requirements and clarify must-have vs. nice-to-have skills
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines
Advise on compensation benchmarks and market availability
Candidate ExperienceCommunicate status updates quickly and professionally
Prepare candidates for interviews
Follow up and close candidates at offer stage
Data & ComplianceMaintain accurate records in ATS
Ensure compliance with EEOC and hiring policies
Offer CoordinationSupport offer creation, negotiation, and acceptance
