Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will provide human resources support for the facility, including recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining personnel records and files, managing employee benefits enrollment, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, handling employment verifications, and organizing employee activities and in‑services.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• SHRM – Certified Professional or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an HR department, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Pre‑existing experience with an applicant tracking system required; iCIMS preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, data entry, data tracking, and strong organizational skills.
