- Manage HR KPI objectives and provide development and guidance to HR staff
- Ability to coach leadership, drive talent development and engage employees
- Management of all employee relation issues and investigations
- Manage safety initiatives, policies and procedures
- Oversee HR metrics, reporting and HR budgets
- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits and performance management programs
- Auto manufacturing experience is a huge plus, manufacturing experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Previous experience in a multicultural environment a must
