As we scale into new regions and continue growing nationwide, hiring the right people quickly and consistently is critical. Our field consultants, trainers, and operational leaders are the backbone of our company.

That’s where this role comes in.

We are hiring a Recruiter to lead nationwide recruiting efforts across multiple roles and markets.

This role reports to leadership and plays a direct part in supporting company growth goals. It is a high-visibility, high-activity position responsible for sourcing, calling, screening, and building strong talent pipelines across the country.

This is not a passive recruiting role.

It requires someone who hunts for talent, builds pipelines proactively, and drives hiring momentum.

• Nationwide sourcing and recruiting efforts across multiple states
• High-volume outbound calling to attract talent
• Managing multiple open roles at once (field, operations, leadership)
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Partnering with leadership to understand expansion and hiring priorities
• Improving recruiting processes and systems as we scale

You will help ensure our growth is supported by strong, qualified hires in every market we enter.

• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple states or regions preferred
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
• Organized, metrics-driven, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

Construction, consulting, or professional services recruiting experience is a plus but not required.

We are expanding into new markets and increasing our national presence. Our ability to hire strong consultants, trainers, and operational leaders directly impacts revenue growth, service quality, and client experience.
