We’re partnering with a high-growth company that’s modernizing its technology foundation and building a next-generation architecture team. The company is scaling rapidly and looking to bring automation, intelligence, and data-driven decision-making into every aspect of its operations.

This is a greenfield opportunity to help define how a major enterprise applies AI and automation to streamline processes across the entire organization. The business is not looking to replace people with AI — it’s about augmenting teams with smarter workflows and intelligent systems that drive speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Solutions Architect who can combine technical depth, business acumen, and hands-on experience. You’ll design and implement applied AI systems and automation frameworks that enhance how their organization operates day-to-day.

This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 remote) based in Tempe, Arizona, with relocation support available for the right candidate.

• Architect and operationalize AI solutions that automate key HQ workflows across the entire organization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design scalable, secure solutions.
• Deploy applied AI tools and agentic frameworks to drive measurable process improvements.

• Own solution architecture across backend, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Work in a fully cloud-native environment — designing for scalability, performance, and 10x growth.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate existing models into production workflows.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and guide best practices across the automation stack.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies (agentic frameworks, RPA evolution, and workflow orchestration).
• Translate research and data insights into high-impact business applications.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology roadmaps with strategic priorities.

• Hands-on architect with 8+ years of software development experience and strong architectural design skills.
• Experienced working in modern open-source stacks (Python, React, etc.) — able to contribute to code and design reviews.
• 3+ years applying AI, ML, or intelligent automation technologies to real-world business use cases.
• Deep understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration
• Comfortable working across multiple tech stacks and integrating systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into business impact for other non-technical leaders.
• Collaborative, curious, and energized by building new things in a no-legacy, cloud-native environment.

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, MCP, or LLM/GenAI productization.
• Background in AI-driven process automation or RPA modernization.
• Familiarity with AWS, Python, dbt, and Snowflake.
• History of working in both startup and enterprise environments.
