• Provide technical support to end users by identifying and resolving system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues.
• Respond to incident tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide Systems Level 1 ops support.
• Serve as subject matter expert of operational systems including MARC, Blue Yonder suite.
• Proactively support installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross‑functional processes.
• Execute all assigned tasks in accordance with IS and operational processes according to the agreed RACIS specification.
• Navigate across all processes within the distribution network.
• Provide operations support by troubleshooting, data maintenance and submission of IT requests.
• Partner with internal and external providers to support system optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Suite (WMS, TMS, OMS, LMS) or 2+ years of DC Operational Experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
