Position Overview
:
We are looking for an experienced Application Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Orchestration (CJO), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise‑level Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless personalization, analytics, and customer experience across digital channels.

• Architect and implement scalable and secure Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJO solutions for omni‑channel customer engagement.
• Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations leveraging Sightly, OSGi, Sling Models, and Tag Libraries.
• Lead AEM integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Target, Campaign, Analytics, and Audience Manager.
• Implement personalization journeys, including online/offline segmentation, eCommerce integrations, and enterprise search integrations.
• Define and manage user authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, SSO, LDAP sync, etc.).
• Lead migration initiatives from other CMS platforms to AEM and manage AEM product upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing and analytics goals into scalable, data‑driven architecture.
• Design and implement multi‑tier, high‑performance solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and availability.
• Enable Dev Ops CI/CD for AEM and AEP using tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Create journey definitions, data models, and real‑time customer segments using AEP and CJO for personalized experiences across web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross‑functional teams on Adobe stack integration best practices.
• Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs showcasing omni‑channel personalization capabilities.

• 8+ years of experience in web application architecture and development.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Orchestration (CJO).
• Expertise in Sightly (HTL), OSGi framework, Sling Models, Tag Libraries, Schedulers, Workflows, and Observation APIs.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud integrations and personalization frameworks.
• Strong understanding of omni‑channel experience design across web, mobile, and tablets.
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, REST APIs, and related technologies.
• Experience in Dev Ops administration and build management using Maven, Jenkins, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Hands‑on experience with security configurations and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO, LDAP).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytic and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or equivalent certification in AEM/AEP.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch.
• Familiarity with headless AEM architecture and SPA frameworks (React, Angular).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and containerised deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
