SFDC Technology Developer – Phoenix, AZ

PWW Recruiting.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or foreign equivalent. Three years of progressive experience considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and at least 2 years of experience in SFDC.
• At least 2 years of experience in client engagement/interaction.
• Current SFDC certifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• At least 2 years of experience implementing CRM solutions, with a minimum of 2 years on Salesforce  platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations. Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
• Thorough understanding of the development lifecycle, including Salesforce deployment/packaging using Metadata API, Change Set, and Ant.
• Best practices for coding standards, deployment, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integration, and security implementations.
• Experience with  integration technologies (Web Services, third‑party tools like Cast Iron/Boomi) to integrate with on‑premise systems such as Siebel, OMS, and Java‑based systems.
• Hands‑on development of Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, controllers, jQuery to implement complex business requirements.
• Fluency with SOSL, SOQL, and workflows. Ability to implement SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience with tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, Apex Explorer, Ant scripts, AJAX toolkit.
• Migration of customizations—including custom configurations, packages, and other objects—from sandbox to production.

• At least 2 years of experience translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions, developing a technical strategy, and effectively demonstrating solutions to address customer requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce latest product launches including Wave Analytics and Lightning.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Well versed in configuration and customization of objects.
• At least 2 years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, architecture, design, and detailing of processes for TARCH/DEV III candidates.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

High Preference (though not required)

• Ability to relocate nationwide.
• Ability to travel 75% if unable to relocate.
• Experience in Lightning, Apttus CPQ, Steel Brick, Siebel CRM. Relocation or residence to job site or center of excellence is required.
