As a Service Now Senior Consultant you’ll play a leading role in that mission, providing the competitive edge our clients need. You’ll lead Service Now transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business, showcasing your ability to motivate and develop your team while establishing and maintaining new client relationships.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Lead Service Now IT/OT Asset Management projects: design, configuration/development, testing, deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
• Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management process implementations.
• Analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading‑practice recommendations and strategic insights.
• Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery models: planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
• Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.
• 2 – 4 years of Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 additional Service Now certifications such as:
• Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
• Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
• Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
• 3 + years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
• Ability to travel as required for client needs.

• Implementation Specialist – Discovery
• Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
• Performance analytics and reporting (certifications are a plus).
• Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary for U.S. locations: $102,500 – $187,900 (region ranges as described). Includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
• Hybrid work model: 40‑60 % in‑person over the course of an engagement.
