Job Description:
Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Improve overall team velocity and delivery efficiency
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Align cross-functional teams to achieve sprint & project goals
- Strong hands-on experience with RDT / Risk Decisioning Technologies
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong stakeholder communication & coordination skills
- Ability to mentor teams and drive Agile maturity
