Join EY as an AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant—Manager, where you will partner with clients and diverse teams to bring cutting‑edge technology solutions to complex problems. You will lead the design, build, and deployment of scalable AI systems across cloud and on‑premise environments while driving continuous improvement of models and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
- Supervise and develop professional employees, holding them accountable for performance and results.
- Engage actively with clients, participate in daily sessions, and lead work streams from planning through execution to closure.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (4‑year degree) or equivalent experience.
- 6‑10 years of full‑time experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
- 2‑4 years of direct management experience with technical teams.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.
- Proficient with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Dall‑E, Lang Chain, RAG) and ML libraries such as Scikit‑Learn and PyTorch.
- Experience in NLP, deep learning, and MLOps pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, model training, retraining, monitoring, and reporting.
- Fluency in Dev Ops tools (GIT, Azure Dev Ops), Agile practices (Jira), and CI/CD methodologies.
- Strong analytical foundation in mathematics, statistics, and operations research; expertise in SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Leadership, relationship‑building, and commercial acumen skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Experience fine‑tuning generative models and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
- Knowledge of data visualization, storytelling, and image/speech processing.
- Additional programming languages beyond Python (e.g., R, JavaScript, Java, C++).
- Strong industry trend awareness and ability to teach and influence technology adoption.
