The Dev Sec Ops Field Architect is a trusted technical advisor and hands‑on enabler responsible for the successful deployment, adoption, and operationalization of Aqua Security’s platform within large‑scale enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate closely with the Customer Success Managers and Dev Sec Ops Architects to drive solution implementation, integration, and long‑term customer value.
- Collaborate with the Dev Sec Ops Architect and CSM to align customer strategy, deployment goals, and technical milestones.
- Drive the technical implementation, integration, and operationalization of Aqua solutions across the entire SDLC, production environments, and infrastructure.
- Embed Aqua into enterprise tool chains via scripting, automation, and integrations (e.g., ticketing, vulnerability management, compliance management, SIEM).
- Maintain technical ownership over a book of strategic enterprise customers, ensuring ongoing platform value and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to technical documentation, reusable deployment assets, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across CSMs, Dev Sec Ops Architects, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure coordinated execution of customer goals.
- Be a voice of the customer internally—informing roadmap, improving product fit, and innovating on field delivery.
- Deep experience with cloud‑native security, Dev Sec Ops practices, and enterprise architecture.
- Container & Orchestration Tools:
Kubernetes, Docker, Open Shift, Rancher, Helm, Kubectl, Kubernetes Operators - Dev Ops & Automation:
Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform, Ansible - Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (multi‑cloud experience preferred)
- Security & Observability:
Aqua Security, Sysdig, Prisma, Prometheus, Grafana, Vault, OPA, Kube‑bench - Enterprise Integration:
Jira, Service Now, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Splunk, Sentinel - Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform);
Git Ops experience is a plus. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline security, infrastructure‑as‑code, and immutable infrastructure concepts.
- Solid understanding of runtime security, image scanning, SBOMs, and vulnerability management.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including IAM and security best practices.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and comfort working in CLI environments.
- Up to 30% travel required to deliver onsite engagements, workshops, and strategic guidance to enterprise customers.
