Protegrity Senior Programmer

Role

Description:

Build and maintain Tokenization system using Protegrity secure gateway for tokenization, detokenization and maintain infrastructure, and identify problems or anomalous behavior before they become a larger issue and can be actioned on. Work with the teams to determine best practices for deployment and maintenance of system architecture and deploy within designated security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 6 years of experience in Tokenization gateway tools such as Protegrity (or microfocus voltage or k2view) as including development, installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting these products.

• Experience with Active Directory users and roles.

• Experience with Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on escalated issues that are reported via automation.

• Must have experience in data security and various data protection methodologies.

• Hands on experience in installing and or designing/developing data security routines.

• Hands on experience in managing enterprise grade data protection tools and Encryption methodologies.

• Designing and deploying REST, SFTP and FTP services

• Good command on scripting languages like Bash, Python, Power Shell and Js.

• Must have Java Programming experience.

• Good experience in managing tools in both UNIX, AIX and Windows environment.

• Must be able to lead long and complex solutions across multiple technologies such as native clients, web-based solutions, file-based processes etc.

• Proficient in networking tools

• Knowledge of cryptography protocols and standards, including TLS, mTLS, hashing algorithms, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

Additional Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiencies in emerging technologies like Angular, Type Script and node.

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud containerization solutions.

• Proficient in API Management gateway tools like Apigee or Azure APIM or IBM APIM or in similar gateways

• Experience working with CI/CD tools.

• Strong technical knowledge of security architecture, tools and controls with specific demonstrated experience in proactive detection, mitigation, and resolution of advanced cyberattacks and/or threats.

• Strong technical knowledge of security infrastructure including security firewalls, data loss prevention, encryption, and end point protection appliances.

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and quickly identify new trends and industry changes specific to security and advanced cyberattacks.

• High critical thinking skills required to evaluate complex, multi-sourced security intelligence information, analyze and confirm root cause, an independently identify mitigation alternatives and solutions that safeguard our technical environment.
