Title: Technical Architect (FedRAMP)

Location: Phoenix AZ (REMOTE but occasional travel)

Duration: 1 year with extension

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Job Title: Technical Architect (Fed Ramp experience required)

We are looking for a skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and integrated IT systems that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This role combines strategic oversight with technical expertise and plays a key role in ensuring compliance with government standards while guiding development teams through complex system implementations.

• Design and architect IT solutions that support core business processes and long-term objectives.
• Ensure system compliance with NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP Moderate standards.
• Integrate real-time technologies and manage overall system performance and reliability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to development teams to maintain architectural consistency across platforms.
• Oversee large-scale data migrations from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity and availability.

• 8+ years of experience designing and aligning IT systems with business and operational needs.
• At least 3 years of experience designing systems in environments compliant with FedRAMP Moderate standards.
• Proven experience leading development initiatives and implementing enterprise-level technical roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an additional 4 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
