Systems Administrator-ST

The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software related infrastructure. They participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. They ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational security and functional requirements.

• 3rd Party Application support and maintenance
• Windows Server support, upgrades, and maintenance
• Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, and SharePoint Administration
• Trouble ticket remediation and responding to system failures
• Create system related documentation and procedures
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management or other related field (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• 2+ years experienc incl. Windows server administration, configuration, and patching; user administration; performing system upgrades and applying software and OS patches;
  Active Directory administration including GPO, DNS, DHCP, and NTFS. Specific related experience required:
  Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, Server Administrator (required).
• 1+ years experience as a Network Administrator (preferred).
• 1+ years experience with VMware Horizon and VDI‑Citrix Technologies (preferred).
• Windows server administration and upgrades (preferred).
• Demonstrated competency in supporting complex NFTS file structures (preferred).
• Expertise troubleshooting Client/Server incl. desktop PCs, web servers, and database servers (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
• Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, MCTS (preferred).
• A+, Security+, or Network+ (preferred).
