Job SummaryWe’re looking for a hands‑on Network Administrator to support and maintain IT systems across multiple sites for a growing organization. This position blends day‑to‑day user support with advanced network and server administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, enforcing security standards, and driving modernization projects such as ERP and CRM implementations.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues for remote employees and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Prepare and deliver operational updates and project status reports to stakeholders.
- Configure domains and servers for user account and profile management.
- Administer Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Manage backup systems, enforce security protocols, and maintain user support tools.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements when needed.
- Perform server backups, patching, and operating system upgrades.
- Oversee endpoint management tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain applications on end‑user devices.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
- Solid background in network administration, help desk support, and server management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Ninja One).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco networking equipment.
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., QAD, Epicor Prophet 21) and CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot).
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate, or CCNA.
