An Informatica Developer specializes in using Informatica tools for data integration, data quality, and data management.
They design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and workflows that efficiently move data from various sources into data warehouses and other systems.
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable ETL solutions using Informatica tools.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data integration needs and build effective data warehousing solutions.
Your expertise in Informatica will be instrumental in driving our data integration strategies and optimizing data flow and collection.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and workflows using Informatica.
- Work with business analysts and data architects to translate requirements into technical implementations.
- Optimize and fine-tune ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in ETL processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and data effectively.
- Document ETL processes, systems, and their impact on data flow.
- Keep abreast of new Informatica features and best practices, applying them to improve existing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Informatica development.
- Proficiency in Informatica Power Center and other Informatica products.
- Experience in Informatica Product 360 is a must.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data structures, and database design.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data warehousing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with cloud data integration tools or platforms is a plus.
