Position:
Service Now Developer
Location:
Phoenix, AZ (LOCALS ONLY) Hybrid.
Contract role
- Technical
Skills:- Proficient in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Angular JS, HTML5, SCSS, React.js, UI Builder, etc.)
- Expertise in configuring Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, and understanding of Service Now Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
- Experience with Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
- Familiarity with Service Now update sets, versioning, and deployment processes
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Certifications: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred. Other certifications like ITIL Foundation are a plus.
