Principal Product Manager – Ecommerce
Gen Digital is a global leader in digital safety, protecting more than 500 million users worldwide. The Ecommerce team drives the browse, discover, purchase and retention experience across our brands.
Role OverviewAs Principal Product Manager, you’ll own the evolution of the shoppability, clarity, and ease of our ecommerce browse and discover experience. You will partner with marketing, UX, engineering, and traffic generation teams to create engaging, high‑converting, AI‑driven features that support revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to improve the ecommerce shopping experience and contribute to the overall Browse & Discover strategy.
- Partner with marketing, design, and engineering to build new and improve existing features.
- Drive experiments and a learning agenda, contributing to revenue growth.
- Integrate effectively with traffic generation channels – paid search, social, SEO.
- Leverage AI to manage the product lifecycle and deliver AI‑driven experiences.
- Exceptional product manager with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes on a large ecommerce site ($100 M+).
- Strong business acumen and quantitative skills for decision making.
- Deep ecommerce experience, having built features that increased engagement and conversion.
- Customer‑focused: research, usability, data analysis, and personal experience guide product decisions.
- Collaborative and partnership‑oriented, especially with UX and engineering teams.
Hybrid model: three days a week in the office. The annual base salary is $165 k – $190 k plus 401(k) match, health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, and unlimited paid time off. Competitive bonus opportunities are available.
