AboutThe Role
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the client’s strategic goals and business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and account managers, to create scalable, reliable, and secure systems or applications.

Your Responsibilities- Collaborate with technology teams and business analysts to design high-quality solutions.
- Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and technological capabilities.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver detailed implementation plans that can be executed by client services.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Deliverables completed within timelines and budget.
- Results are communicated on a regular cadence through detailed and insightful reports.
- Execution on complexity of designs.
- Accuracy of implementation estimates.
- Extensive experience, 3+ years in software development, systems engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy ability to quickly figure things out on your own when working with various tools.
- Accountable, mature, responsible, organized, and delivers on promises.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and secure systems or applications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing changing deadlines.
- Passion for helping businesses succeed through continuous improvement and critical thinking.
- Available during MST mornings and afternoons.
- We are an all-remote company.
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 USD, annually. (Exceptions made for exceptional candidates)
- With bonus opportunities, total target compensation is $120,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience.
- Monthly bonuses based on work shipped.
