Shift: 1st Shift, Standard. Tentative Shift Start Time: 7:00 AM, Tentative Shift End Time: 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities and RequirementsThe Business Analyst will gather, review, analyze, document, and translate data into functional use cases. Key skills required include verbal and written communications, stakeholder and end-user relations, time management and organization, and analytical research, metrics gathering, and problem-solving.
- Business and technical requirements for gathering, reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and translating data into functional use cases.

- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, Business Analyst process management, and Project Management.
- Experience in extra-large enterprise projects, data systems/data warehouse projects.

- Methodologies and techniques for system analysis and design.
- Gathering and documentation requirements.
- Policies, procedures, programs, and business goals.
- Business Analyst industry best practices.
