- Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS-related issues across diverse environments.
- Manage workload efficiently to ensure timely task completion.
- Administer and configure:
- Exchange Online
- Share Point
- Teams
- Security & Compliance Centers
- One Drive
- Manage user accounts, permissions, policies, and security settings.
- Configure and troubleshoot:
- DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs
- Firewall rules
- Sonic Wall, Meraki, Unifi environments
- Diagnose network performance and connectivity issues.
- Use Microsoft Intune to:
- Enforce device compliance
- Deploy policies and applications
- Perform Windows Autopilot provisioning
- Assist with Azure AD and Azure services including:
- Virtual Machines
- Networking
- Resource management
- Configure and manage:
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC
- Strengthen email protection and delivery reliability.
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals.
- Perform software installations, driver updates, and patch management.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when assisting clients.
- Communicate effectively and document solutions clearly.
- Maintain accurate tickets in ITSM tools.
- Document solutions and follow established workflows.
- Assist with:
- Network and hardware installations
- Software and cloud migrations
- On-site deployments and configuration
- Occasionally participate in on-call rotations for urgent issues.
- Provide user training on best practices and cybersecurity.
- Identify potential issues early and recommend improvements.
- MSP experience or familiarity with MSP-style environments.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
- Intermediate or advanced networking skills:
- DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs
- Firewall configuration (Sonic Wall, Meraki, Unifi)
- Email security configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Understanding of Azure AD, VMs, and cloud resource management.
- Experience with:
- Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot
- Azure AD & Active Directory
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with clients.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adopt new technologies.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
- CCNA
- Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101)
