The Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) Lead supports and oversees Regional Security Operations Centers (RSOC). This role assists the SOC Manager in coordinating cybersecurity efforts, managing daily operations, and enhancing the SOC's ability to detect, prevent, and respond to security threats.

• Experience: 1-3 years in a SOC, cybersecurity, or IT operations role.
• Education: Experience is prioritized; however, a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
• Certifications: E.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM are a plus.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily security operations, ensure effective communication, support cybersecurity policies, and coordinate among regional SOCs.
• Incident Response & Threat Monitoring: Monitor and respond to security events, analyze incidents, and coordinate with teams for effective response.
• Training & Mentorship: Mentor students involved in SOC operations and conduct training sessions to develop cybersecurity skills.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, incident logs, and operational metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison among SOC teams, stakeholders, and regional IT/security staff. Maintain knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, SIEM tools, firewalls, and other technologies. Must be able to travel between SOC locations within Arizona.

• Must reside in Arizona; role is hybrid.
• Limited travel (~10%) to regional SOCs.
