The New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchant's success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly. As Door Dash expands its scale and breadth of integrated delivery offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and further enhance our technical prowess. We are looking for motivated team members who embody a “Merchant First” attitude to guide our partners through their integration journey with Door Dash.

About the Role

Door Dash is looking for someone who wants a challenge, likes interfacing with top partners, and is passionate about standardizing and scaling high growth products across our New Verticals business. You will serve as the Technical Account Manager for these integrations, gathering information from partners and helping them connect to our systems. You will be expected to get to the lowest level of detail to understand our products and processes, as well as to think strategically about growing this business and function.

You will strategize with our cross-functional Door Dash teams to build and operate a world class integrations platform. This role will focus on third-party integrations, unlocking new selection and value-added features.

• You will own the success of our New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders
• You will identify, resolve, and upscale day-to-day integration-related blockers
• You will be the voice of Door Dash in managing external relationships with our New Verticals partners, leading implementation and process improvement
• You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover and drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, merchant insights, and the definition of new processes
• You will help shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners
• You will empower cross functional partners by partnering with Growth Operations to educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content

Your responsibilities in this role are…

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for Door Dash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
• Collaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the Door Dash platform.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives.
• Work on strategic projects based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and to contribute to our processes and documentation to continuously improve.
