• Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals.
• Support writing and organizing the content of contracts, such as terms, deliverables, timelines, pricing, etc.
• Help manage proposals from vendors, partners, or internal departments.
• Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions.
• Help prepare bidding documents when your company is looking to buy something or provide a service.
• Negotiate contract terms (e.g., timelines, penalties, payment structures) with vendors or clients.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks, including admin work, negotiations, reviews, etc.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
