About the Job:

The Software Support Benefit Specialist will resolve platform or service problems by clarifying the customer's inquiry, determining the cause of the issue, and providing the best resolution in real time and/or follow up communications.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Triagecustomerissuesandfollowsupportguidelinesforescalationtosecondlevelsupportstaff and/or management as needed.
  • Resolvesproductorserviceproblemsbyclarifyingtheclient'srequest,determiningthecauseof the problem,selectingand explaining the best solution to solve the problem,expeditingcorrection or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
  • Respondtosupportrequestsviatickets,chat,email,andphonesuccessfullyinafast-paced environment
  • Work closely with product & development teams toidentifyand address recurringpayrollsoftware bugs.
  • Understandandutilizetheappropriateescalationpath
  • Maintainclientrelationshipsbyservicingclientswithawill-do attitude
  • Demonstrateconcernforsatisfyingexternaland/orinternalclients
  • Demonstratestheabilitytotackleaproblembyusingalogical,systematic,sequentialapproach
  • Contributetoteameffortbyaccomplishingrelatedresultsasneeded
  • Regularlymonitorcommunication through all company channels (Zendesk, Outlook, Teams,etc).
  • Othercustomercare-relatedsupportdutiesasassigned

Must Haves:

  • Must hold an up-to-date Fundamental Payroll Certification or equivalent credentials
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations.
  • 3+yearsofexperienceinacustomerservice,B2BSaaScustomersupport,technical service,orother related support role & payroll experience.
  • 1+ Yearexperiencesupportingbenefits,Payroll, orother relevant software functionality.
  • Strongcustomerservice,communication,andinterpersonalskills.
  • Hybrid – in PHX office as outlined by role.
  • Proficiency with

Salary Range:

$55,000-$60,000 DOE
