Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in both financial management and project leadership. This hybrid role plays a key part in coordinating financial inputs, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives from funding requests through successful execution.

• Lead financial coordination for initiatives — consolidating inputs and developing funding requests.
• Manage complex projects by aligning sourcing, finance, technology, and business teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
• Drive approval processes and maintain momentum across all project milestones.
• Motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Apply strong financial acumen and persuasive communication to guide decision-making.

• Proven Project Management experience within a technical or financial environment
• Strong Excel and Financial Analysis expertise
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Clarizen, and Oracle Fusion
• Track record of managing large and complex initiatives

• People Soft, Change Portal / BRM Tool (Benefits Realization Metrics)
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot)
• Data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Strong motivational and leadership qualities
• Skilled in conflict resolution and critical thinking
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

• Relevant experience may substitute for formal education
• PMP certification preferred
