Position:
The IT Manager helps determine the information technology needs and is responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the needs of the organization. In this position, you will be required to manage the IT staff by continuously training and coaching on new processes and procedures. The IT Manager will need to have the ability to identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.

This person will have an immediate impact on our day-to-day operations and long‑term impact on our overall growth.

• Lead IT projects, including design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Monitor performance of IT systems to determine productivity levels.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
• Handle Business critical IT Tasks and system administration
• Track and maintain hardware and software
• Handle annual IT budget and cost effectiveness
• Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors to find areas for improvement.

• Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems; or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience working in IT Operations
• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, database, and phone systems.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practice
• Ability to lead a team of IT Specialists

Salary $100k to $150k based on experience
