Window System Administrator

Location:

Phoenix, AZ. This full‑time Windows System Administrator role is part of a mid‑sized, stable organization. You will join a 5‑person infrastructure team (Network Admin, 3 System Admins, and a CISO) supporting internal systems and critical business applications.

This position supports a Windows environment consisting of Active Directory, O365/Azure services, and virtualized systems. It offers a supportive environment with training, mentorship, and low‑volume on‑call rotation. The team is modernizing, including migrating from on‑prem Active Directory to Azure/O365 and upgrading legacy Exchange.

• Active Directory and Group Policy administration
• O365 / Azure / Entra
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments
• WSUS patch/update management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications

• MDT / WDS imaging experience
• Experience with third‑party application deployment
• Linux administration exposure is a plus
• Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus
