Field Service Dispatch Technician - Phoenix (PHX) Airport
This part‑time (0–20 hrs) Field Service Dispatch Technician role supports the Phoenix (PHX) Airport's passenger processing system, ensuring continuous service and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on passenger processing equipment.
- Respond to service requests from the Global Service Desk and resolve user faults within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot airline host and connectivity issues.
- Maintain continuous communication with colleagues, senior staff, and the Global Service Desk to update incident progress.
- Provide on‑site support, training and coaching to Airport Technicians.
- Identify required spares and advise the Global Service Desk.
- Perform floor‑walking and proactive line‑of‑sight checks to pre‑empt incidents.
- 1–2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Desktop software onsite or remotely.
- 1–2 years of experience with a ticketing system.
- 1–2 years of experience with network protocols, server hardware and configurations.
- Prior airport technical support preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of lifting or pushing 20–50 pounds of equipment when required.
- Capable of standing or kneeling for extended periods.
- Capable of using mechanical tools.
