• Provide training, implementation, and documentation of processes and recommendations for overall efficiency in the MOD Front Line Offices
• Support front line safety, training, and collaborate cross-functionally with regional managers and leaders on these initiatives

As our MOD Tech Support Expert, you will analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure objectives are completed by working with customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by achieving safety and quality goals to drive customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

You will bring 8+ years of progressive modernization field experience to KONE, preferably with a strong background at the field modernization level including installation management and training skills across a broad range of modernization of elevators and escalators, progressing to supervising, managing and leading people within a union workforce.

You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in a technical curriculum and/or equivalent elevator/escalator industry experience.

Houston, TX;
Austin, TX: $142,900 – $196,460. Other locations:
Phoenix, AZ: $133,500 – $183,500;
Albuquerque, NM: $126,900 – $174,400;
San Antonio, TX: $126,900 – $174,400. Benefits and salary are based on location and candidate qualifications.
