Application Developer - ServiceNow

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – Service Now position for our client.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 12 Months

• Develop and implement solutions in the Service Now IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module.
• Support Operational Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, Continuous Authorization & Monitoring, Operational Resilience, and Regulatory Change Management processes.
• Integrate virtual agent/chatbot functionality to automate workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and document platform changes.

• Expertise with Service Now IRM module configuration and development.
• Experience with Operational Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Resilience workflows.
• Service Now scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and integrations.
• Virtual agent/chatbot integration experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now IRM.
• Proven track record in supporting or implementing Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Resilience processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
