CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – Service Now position for our client.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 Months
Duties- Develop and implement solutions in the Service Now IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module.
- Support Operational Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, Continuous Authorization & Monitoring, Operational Resilience, and Regulatory Change Management processes.
- Integrate virtual agent/chatbot functionality to automate workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, test, and document platform changes.
- Expertise with Service Now IRM module configuration and development.
- Experience with Operational Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Resilience workflows.
- Service Now scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and integrations.
- Virtual agent/chatbot integration experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now IRM.
- Proven track record in supporting or implementing Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Resilience processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
