Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support through phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to VMware, Windows, Linux, and basic scripting.
- Record, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
- Adhere to established processes, procedures, and best practices in daily operations.
- Consistently provide high-quality customer service with professionalism.
- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Understanding of common IT concepts, tools, and practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- VMware administration
