Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Incentive Compensation Systems Engineer (Varicent is preferred) to join our team. In this role, you will configure, manage, and enhance Varicent applications to ensure accurate commission processing and reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that streamline processes, improve cycle times, and drive innovation across the organization.

Required Qualifications- 5+ years of software development experience, preferably with Varicent ICM (or similar platforms – e.g., Xactly, Callidus Cloud, SAP ICM, Optymyze, Captivate
IQ). - Expertise in designing, developing, and testing ELT processes and methodologies.
- Strong SQL skills for query optimization, performance tuning, and report development.
- Experience in business analysis and creating technical documentation for Varicent projects.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and quickly learn new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Varicent ICM Composer and administration.
- Knowledge of Varicent Workflows and Inquiry Management.
- Familiarity with Presenter Structure, Adaptive Reports, and Report Data Models.
- Experience with Varicent Symon AI or similar ELT tools.
- Background in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and related tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
