• Provide remote support via phone and live chat assistance for applications facilitating rental transactions
• Troubleshoot U-Haul peripherals, including printers, cash drawers, and mobile devices
• Identify software discrepancies and collaborate with development teams for resolution
• Assist in swift incident response scenarios and document troubleshooting processes
• Trace network issues affecting software functionality and resolve or elevate as necessary

• Fundamental working understanding of basic network functions (e.g., Ping, tracert)
• Understanding of IP addresses and configuration of routers, modems, and switches
• Proficient in troubleshooting operating system and browser issues
• Ability to type quickly, with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fundamental networking knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of Center/MCO workstations and peripherals
• Experience programming and managing devices through Meraki
• Well‑rounded knowledge of peripherals in a networked environment
• Understanding of mobile device and application troubleshooting
