About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative and technically strong UI/UX Designer with hands‑on React experience to join our growing digital team in Phoenix. You’ll bridge the gap between design and development — crafting elegant, responsive interfaces and bringing them to life using React. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing user‑centered experiences and building clean, scalable UI components that make an impact.

• Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma
  , Adobe XD
  , or Sketch
  .
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to align on design and technical requirements.
• Conduct user testing and feedback analysis to continuously improve the product experience.
• Maintain design systems and reusable component libraries for consistency.
• Stay ahead of the curve on UI/UX trends, design best practices, and modern front‑end technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
  .
• 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design and front‑end development
  .
• Strong proficiency in:
  Understanding of REST APIs, component‑based architecture, and UI performance optimization
  .
• Strong eye for visual detail, user empathy, and accessibility design principles.

• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, AI, or data visualization platforms
  .
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
  , Material UI
  , or Redux
  .
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of version control (Git Hub/Git Lab) and CI/CD workflows
  .
