Responsibilities- Provide software, hardware, server, and Cisco technology support, including troubleshooting MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.
- Configure, install, replace, and test hardware components; perform data backup, recovery, and reimaging of devices.
- Assist with VDI, patch management, encryption tools, antivirus, and overall device management infrastructure.
- Manage and update Service Now tickets, document service events, and deliver high-quality customer support in a professional banking environment.
- 3–5 years of IT support experience with hands‑on knowledge of software/hardware troubleshooting and Cisco technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite support, Windows OS, VDI environments, patching, encryption technologies, and antivirus tools.
- Ability to back up data, recover user data, reimage devices, and work comfortably in a fast‑paced independent role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with willingness to work onsite.
- Pay: $39.32
- Shift: Onsite, Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) and stay flexible after hours when needed.

Pay Details: $30.40 to $39.32 per hour
