Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SAP Program Manager to lead a critical enterprise-wide migration to SAP S/4

HANA. This role is pivotal to the success of a multi-phase, high-visibility transformation program that touches nearly every aspect of our business. As we modernize our core ERP platform, we need a strong leader who can not only manage program execution but also serve as the connective tissue between IT, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

This role will take ownership of the full program lifecycle from financial governance to stakeholder alignment ensuring that the business and technical components of the migration are progressing in lockstep. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, proactively driving results, and delivering complex updates in a clear and compelling way to C-level executives and steering committees.

Key to success in this role is the ability to manage program financials with precision. This includes budget planning, tracking, and forecasting, as well as ensuring financial transparency and accountability across work streams. You will be expected to develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting decks that provide both granular insight and executive-level summaries, enabling leadership to make informed decisions quickly.

You will also play a critical role in facilitating business-facing meetings, including leading steering committees, stand‑ups, and program updates across departments. This is not a purely tactical role; your voice and perspective will help shape strategy, adjust priorities, and influence resource allocation. Partnering closely with a Systems Integrator (SI), you will help manage interdependencies, identify resource gaps, mitigate risk, and ensure that project timelines and deliverables remain on track.

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise programs, with a heavy focus on SAP systems
• Proven experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA migrations is highly preferred
• Strong background in program financial management, including budget ownership and forecasting
• Excellent executive presence with the ability to lead and contribute meaningfully to steering committee discussions
• Skilled in developing program communications, presentations, and dashboards
• Strong organizational agility and ability to drive alignment across multiple business and technical teams
