Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Analyst to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, action-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a non-site role—not hybrid—requiring clear communication, quick thinking, and a proactive approach to customer care and sales support.
TheDay-to-Day :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries—handling up to 100+ calls daily with professionalism and efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and continually enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints and departments.
- Manage all aspects of the sales order cycle : RFQs, PO review, order entry, document management, portal updates, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Build fluency in customer profiles, market segments, and product knowledge to ensure confident and effective support.
- Support technical inquiries related to FAA regulations, OCR compliance, and product quality standards.
- Provide detailed cost information to outside sales representatives as needed.
- Act as an internal liaison, translating customer expectations into actionable plans for the operations, engineering, and shipping teams.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation with a critical eye.
- Maintain accountability for order timelines and customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent delivery and resolution.
- Act as a resource for custom projects, including special plating, custom logos, and webbing sample requests.
- Proactively prioritize workload and multitask efficiently to meet deadlines and evolving business needs.
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment.
- Aerospace or technical industry experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze technical documents and apply learned knowledge in a customer-facing role.
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site—this position is not remote or hybrid.
- $25.00 to $33.00 / hr
- Monday to Friday
- 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM
