Business Transformation Consultant - Agile SME, Coach Trainer

Introduction

This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US

• Deliver comprehensive Agile training through virtual classroom sessions and remote coaching for cohorts of Scrum teams
• Model Agile principles and correct anti-patterns during team interactions.
• Support Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Collaborate with the clients' Agile Transformation Office (ATO) to align training with organizational goals.
• Provide feedback, progress reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement to client in support of contract deliverables
• Ensure quality assurance of training content and coaching delivery.

• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum framework, SAFe)
• Strong foundation in servant leadership skills including problem solving, conflict leadership, and growing teams and individuals.
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching teams with diverse roles (product owners, scrum master, developers, program/company leadership)
• Instructional experience: creating, implementing, and delivering Agile course content
• Strong facilitation and communications kills; ability to facilitate critical conversations and resolve team conflicts.
• Proven experience with Agile tools including issue tracking tools such as Jira, CICD tools such as Jenkins/Git Lab CI, and build automation.
• 5 or more years of experience as an Agile coach or similar role
• Demonstrated experience modeling the Agile mindset, building a culture of continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in enterprise Agile transformations and working with Agile Transformation offices.
• Familiarity with workshops (e.g. Kaizen, Value Stream mapping), and organizational change management.
• Advanced certifications (e.g. ICAgile, SAFe Program Consultant, Advanced Scrum Master, PMP Agile Certified Practitioner)
• Background in the full software development lifecycle including Dev Sec Ops  integration and scaling agile practices.
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor transformation agile metrics and dashboards to help teams optimize processes and make improvements.
