As Lead Project Manager-Major Incident Oversight, you will guide major incident management processes for Oracle Health's Cerner Millennium environment. You'll collaborate with technical, client service, and operational teams to respond to incidents, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement systemic improvements. Your leadership will help transform every incident into an opportunity, ensuring transparency, alignment, and continuous progress.

What You'll Do:

+ Oversee the lifecycle of major healthcare IT incidents, keeping detailed records and driving resolution from start to finish.

+ Develop clear communication strategies to inform clients and internal teams with real-time updates and post-incident insights.

+ Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and driving preventive measures to bolster system reliability.

+ Facilitate after-action reviews, capturing lessons learned and embedding findings into process improvements.

+ Mentor team members and serve as a senior resource for Cerner Millennium and related healthcare technologies.

+ Track trends, provide executive leadership briefings, and champion a culture of continuous improvement

- Proven expertise in Cerner Millennium architecture, workflows, and integrations.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams during high-stress situations.

- ** Certifications (preferred):*
* - ITIL (Incident/Problem Management modules), or other relevant Cerner certifications.

Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
