Key Requirements- Strong experience with Manhattan Associates WMS (WMOS).
- Mandatory hands‑on expertise in Inbound (Receiving, Putaway) and Outbound (Picking, Packing, Shipping) processes.
- Proven experience in supporting production issues and 24x7 warehouse operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, IT, Vendors).

- Pick‑to‑Light Systems
- Fortna Sorting Systems
- Shipping / Manifesting
- Vocollect (Voice Picking)
- Graphical Yard Management
